Question: My access code is not working. What should I do?
- Access codes have six parts separated with a dash and look similar to this:
- Each access code can be used only once. The access code is needed to register or add a new product.
- Make sure that you have not used the code already.
- If you have bought a second-hand book, you might need to purchase a new access code.
