Question: I am getting a Flash error message. How do I resolve this issue?
Answer:
- You will need Flash Player plug-in installed on your computer to complete audio recordings and access eText.
- To download the latest Adobe® Flash® Player plugin, go to: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer and then follow the onscreen instructions.
- If you continue to have issues, please contact Technical Product Support.
Note: The Adobe Flash plugin is not supported on iPads and iPhones. This means that you will not be able to use the recording option on these devices.
