Question: How do I fix the error message "A system error occurred."?

Answer:

  1. Take a screenshot if possible (this will help us to identify a problem), reload the browser window, log into your account if you have been logged out
    and when the issue persists or you have any difficulties with using the platform
  2. Click Contact Us to submit a ticket or start a live chat with one of our Technical Support Representatives. Please include the screenshot of the issue if possible.
