Question: How are grades calculated in the gradebook?

Answer:

  1. For each activity a percentage score (e.g. 80%) and a corresponding grade are given. Corresponding grades can be defined by a teacher. See Support article Changing the Gradebook Default Settings and Threshold Percentage.
  2. You can also see students’ scores and grades summed up for sections and units. At the course level you can see the average from your whole course under "Summary".
  3. See also our Support article Autograding for not submitted assignments.
