Question: Why didn't I receive the confirmation email after registering my access code?
- If you did not receive a confirmation email after you registered, first check your Junk/Spam folders to make sure the email was not filtered.
- You may have entered your email address incorrectly during the Access Code registration. Contact Technical Product Support to update your account or check and change your email address on your MEL account. Check the Support article to learn how to do it.
