Question: I'm getting error message: "The access code has already been used". How do I resolve this issue?


  1. Please make sure that you have not already registered and redeemed the code yourself.
  2. Please be aware that each access code allows one redemption. If you have already redeemed the access code for a different course that has now ended or if the code came with a used book, you may need to purchase a new subscription.
