Question: I'm getting error message: "The access code has already been used". How do I resolve this issue?
- Please make sure that you have not already registered and redeemed the code yourself.
- Please be aware that each access code allows one redemption. If you have already redeemed the access code for a different course that has now ended or if the code came with a used book, you may need to purchase a new subscription.
